These terms and conditions apply to the use of the R-MHOOT online shop.
If you do access the website and/or place an order,
by doing so you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.

How to order and pay
All orders for products from the R-MHOOT online shop must be placed using the shopping basket facility
provided on the website. When you submit your order, you are offering to purchase products from us
at the prices indicated on this website, which exclude the delivery charges shown on the 'Delivery' page on this website.
You will receive an automatic email response to confirm the reception of your order. This does not guarantee that
we can meet your order. You will receive an e-mail invoice from PAYPAL that directs you to a secure website
operated by PAYPAL on-line payment facilities where you can enter your payment details.
If you have chosen the cash-on-delivery option for delivery within Japan, you will receive e-mail order confirmation
from us. Please do not e-mail your card details to us as we can only take payment via PAYPAL.
If you do not receive an e-mail from us or from PAYPAL within 3 business days after receiving the automatic
email response, please contact us by sending e-mail to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com.
We do our best to ensure that all products shown on our website are available to order. If however any product you
order is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you by e-mail to arrange an alternative delivery date.
In this case, we will ask if you wish to proceed.
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order you must contact us immediately
by sending email to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com.
No contract exists until we have received and accepted your order and sent e-mail confirmation or invoice
– once we do so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
In addition to the prices indicated, the delivery charge shown on the 'Delivery' page will be added in the invoice.
For delivery to non-Japanese addresses, payment is due in Japanese Yen and most major credit/debit cards are accepted.
We are unable to accept payment by cheques, cash, or postal orders. Please do not e-mail your card details to us
as we can only take payment via PAYPAL.
In addition to the prices indicated, the separately specified delivery charge will be added in the invoice.
To settle the invoice, you will be required to follow the PAYPAL link in the message, which will direct you to
a secure website operated by PAYPAL on-line payment facilities where you can enter your credit card details and
complete the settlement procedure using your credit/debit card.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details you enter are correct and complete. We are not responsible
for supplying products if the details you submit when making your order are incorrect or incomplete.
For delivery within Japan, the cash-on-delivery (Daibiki) option by Yamato Transport Takkyubin is also available
in addition to the PAYPAL credit card payment. When you have chosen the COD option, a COD handling fee
(Daibiki Tesuryo) specified on the the 'Delivery' page will be charged by Yamato.
Delivery
We will arrange for delivery of the products via Yamato Transport Takkyubin (within Japan) or
Japan Post Services EMS (to non-Japanese addresses). The delivery charges are as shown on the the 'Delivery' page.
In placing overseas orders, if you can’t find your country on the list in the ordering process,
it means we’re unable to serve you as EMS does not cover part or whole of your country.
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving payment in full (PAYPAL credit card payment)
or of receiving your order (Yamato COD option for delivery within Japan), but we will not be liable for any loss
caused to you by late delivery.
If you've not received the products you ordered within 7 days (within Japan) or 14 days (overseas),
please let us know as soon as possible by sending email to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com.
If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to find out the accurate delivery address.
If you order more than one product in a single order, we will usually combine the shipping. We will calculate the delivery
charge and let you know the total amount due. If for some reason they are to be despatched separately and
arrive with you at different times, we will contact you via e-mail before dispatching them.
Special notes on delivery to non-Japanese addresses
When ordering goods from the R-MHOOT online shop website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import
requirements, duties and taxes. Any import charges must be borne by you - we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are importing the goods. Please be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and
inspection by customs authorities and delivery times can be affected due to packages being inspected by customs.
Returns Policy
Defects or Damage
You should inspect the products for defects or damage as soon as possible.
While we will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition, if you find a defect or damage
you must tell us within 7 business days of the date you received the product by sending e-mail to:

We will either replace the product or arrange a refund. We will ask you to submit a damage report per our instructions.
Please make sure you keep the shipping slip to show the date of delivery and include it in the package
in which you are returning the item to us. Please ensure as far as possible that they are unused, unopened and
in their original packaging (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We recommend that you return goods by
recorded delivery and with the damage insurance that covers the products price. We will refund the cost of shipping
and insurance you paid for returning the item due to defects or damage.
For Other Reason
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must tell us within 7 business days of the date you
received the product by sending e-mail to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com.
We will NOT accept returns of any item if it is opened, used or not in the original condition.
You must keep the shipping slip that shows the date you received the product, and include it in the package in which
you are returning the item to us.
Please note that unless we can confirm that you contacted us within 7 business days of the date you received
the product, we will neither be able to replace the item nor make a refund.
Once we have confirmed you had contacted us within 7 business days and the item is returned unopened, unused and
in the original condition, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund of the price you paid for the product.
Please note that unless the return is a result of defects or damage, the original shipping charges and handling charges
will not be refunded, and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us,
including the damage insurance cost.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order before settling your PAYPAL invoice. If you have chosen the cash-on-delivery option for
delivery within Japan, you can cancel your order before we have dispatched the goods.

We will treat any personal information that you provide to us via this website or in connection with an order in
accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable Japanese privacy
legislation. By submitting your details when making an order you allow us to use the personal information you provide
for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. In addition, in order to provide you with the full range of R-MHOOT online
shop services, we are sometimes required to collect information about you.
The type of personal information we collect from you is contact information for order processing and customer services
purposes (e.g. name, email address, delivery address and telephone number).
Please read our Privacy Policy that specifies the type of personal information we collect or
do not collect from you, use of personal information, disclosure of personal information, cookies and IP addresses,
links to other websites, and changes to the Privacy Policy.
Our liability to you
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions but we cannot be held
responsible to you for any failure or delay, or for the consequences of any failure or delay, in the performance of our
obligations due to any event beyond our reasonable control. Our liability to you shall not include any business losses
that you may incur, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
This website and its contents are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we try to ensure that
this website is functioning correctly this may not always be achievable. We do not make warranties of any kind with
respect to this website and its contents including without limitation its completeness, accuracy, fitness or suitability
for any purpose or freedom from viruses.
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind including without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential
damages, loss of income or profits, loss of or corruption of data, loss of or damage to property or claims of third parties,
arising out of or in connection with your use of this website.
We are also not responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from
unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control,
