For Delivery to Non-Japanese addresses:
Payment is due in Japanese Yen using most major credit/debit cards via PAYPAL. We are afraid we cannot accept payment by cheques, cash, or postal orders. Please do not e-mail your card details to us as we can only take payment via PAYPAL. In addition to the prices indicated, a delivery charge will be added on the invoice. You can find our delivery charge on the 'Delivery' page.
YOU DO NOT NEED a PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay us.
How to settle the credit card (PAYPAL) invoice
You will receive an automatic email response to confirm the reception of your order. In a separate e-mail, you will also receive an invoice from PAYPAL. (If any product you order is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you by e-mail to arrange an alternative delivery date. In this case, we will ask if you wish to proceed.) If you don’t receive an e-mail from us or from PAYPAL within 3 business days after the order placement, please contact us by sending e-mail to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com. To settle the invoice, please follow the PAYPAL link in the message, which will direct you to a secure website operated by PAYPAL on-line payment facilities where you can enter your credit card details and complete the settlement procedure using your credit/debit card.
For Delivery in Japan:
Payment is due in Japanese Yen. You can choose between the cash-on-delivery option (Daibiki by Yamato Transport Takkyubin) and credit card payment via PAYPAL. If you choose the COD option, you will receive e-mail order confirmation from us. If you don’t receive an e-mail from us within 3 business days after the automatic e-mail response, please contact us by sending e-mail to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com. Please read the e-mail order confirmation from us. We start preparing for the shipping once the order confirmation has been sent. Upon receiving the goods, please pay the Yamato delivery person the total amount (price & delivery charge) plus a COD handling fee (Daibiki Tesuryo) charged by Yamato upon receiving the goods. The COD handling fee is priced as follows depending on the total amount (item price & delivery charge).
COD Handling Fee (Daibiki Tesuryo) (All inclusive of consumption tax) Less than 10,000 yen: 315 yen 10,000 yen or more and less than 30,000 yen: 420 yen 30,000 yen or more and less than 100,000 yen: 630 yen 100,000 yen or more and less than 300,000 yen: 1,050 yen If you choose to pay by credit card, please refer to the “For Delivery to Non-Japanese Addresses” section above.
