We will arrange for delivery of the products via Yamato Transport Takkyubin (within Japan) or
Japan Post Services EMS (to non-Japanese addresses).

 

Delivery to Non-Japanese Addresses

 

Overseas orders are dispatched via EMS (Japan Post Services).
Please note that If you can’t find your country on the list in the ordering process,
it means we’re unable to serve you as EMS does not cover part or whole of your country.

Please be aware that you may be subject to import requirements, duties and taxes.
Any import charges must be borne by you -
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please note the above EMS fees include a handling charge of 500JPY.

Delivery within Japan

 

We will arrange for delivery of the products via Yamato Takkyubin.
The delivery charge (exclusive of the cash-on-delivery fee) is 600 yen for all addresses within Japan.
When you have chosen the COD option, a COD handling fee (Daibiki Tesuryo) will be charged by Yamato,
which is priced as follows depending on the total amount (item price & delivery charge).

COD Handling Fee (Daibiki Tesuryo) (All inclusive of consumption tax)

Less than 10,000 yen: 315 yen
10,000 yen or more and less than 30,000 yen: 420 yen
30,000 yen or more and less than 100,000 yen: 630 yen
100,000 yen or more and less than 300,000 yen: 1,050 yen

Please also note:

We dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving payment in full (PAYPAL credit card payment) or
of receiving your order (when you've chosen the Yamato COD option for delivery within Japan).
However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If you've not received the products you ordered within 7 days (within Japan) or 14 days (overseas),
please let us know as soon as possible by sending email to: shop.inquiry@r-mhoot.com.

If you order more than one product in a single order, we will usually combine the shipping.
We will calculate the delivery charge and let you know the total amount due.
If for some reason they are to be despatched separately and arrive with you at different times,
we will contact you via e-mail before dispatching them.
